Rules and Regulations.

There will be several guidelines for the members for they are obliged to abide by the club Rules and Regulations on both settings (school/cinema and online). Hereby the aforementioned sets of rules and regulations for the club members/ visitors to conform which if the line happened to be crossed will be resulted in unwanted consequences.

	No profanity/foul language is allowed inside the cinema and the comments section on the website.
	No plagiarism or any citation from whatsoever webpages shall be allowed or to be used in completing the reflection and report.
	No promotion is allowed during the screening, nor is it allowed to cross promote your own stuff on the website for your own business.
	No discrimination over members’ ideas and productions is allowed. All the ideas and productions are accepted in our club.
	Each member shall indicate his or her ID number on each comment that he or she makes.
	No circlejerking or chatting is permitted on our website.
	You will be given two-week period time to complete the reflections as well as the report in which starts a day after the movies are shown.
	Selfies, we-fies are not allowed in certain times. There will be a free time for everyone to take pictures inside the cinema/wherever the occasion is.
	Healthy arguments are encouraged to compete, to establish the awareness, and provide a room for improvements.
	You are encouraged to speak English inside the cinema or the meeting room when you are in the club activities.
	All the assignments via online submitted late after 12 o’clock midnight is considered the new date.
	Each group discussion shall have group pictures with all the members as the proofs to avoid any absenteeism from each group discussion.
	Every single report or review shall be submitted to the group leader even for the individual reports.
	Everyone is responsible to promote our movie club to any social media for your co-curriculum priority.
	You shall not bring more than five friends to the movie show every time.
	While the movie is played, all cellphones and electronic devices shall be muted or put to silent mode.
	You are encouraged to sit with different people but not your own group to mingle with more friends.
	All the dissatisfaction shall be reported by a formal letter to the team leader, and all committee will be responsible to define the solutions as soon as possible.
